Product Overview
The German BEINING FCG series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries are a high-performance product line designed for backup power and energy storage applications. This series incorporates advanced AGM technology, offering excellent high-rate discharge performance, low self-discharge, and long service life. The product range covers a complete capacity spectrum from 7Ah to 250Ah, meeting various backup power and energy storage requirements.
FCG series products feature a fully sealed construction. During charging, most of the oxygen generated inside the battery is absorbed and reduced by the plates, resulting in virtually no acid mist emission. They are safe, environmentally friendly, and can be installed in office environments or equipment rooms without the need for a separate battery room.
Core Technical Advantages
Maintenance-Free Design
The battery features a valve-regulated sealed construction. During charging, most of the oxygen generated inside is absorbed and reduced by the plates, resulting in virtually no electrolyte loss. No water addition or specific gravity checks are required throughout the entire service life, achieving true maintenance-free operation.
High Electrolyte Retention
The electrolyte is absorbed into specialized AGM separators, remaining in a non-flowing state. The battery can be used even when laid on its side, though use beyond a 90-degree tilt is not recommended. This feature enhances installation flexibility while eliminating the risk of leakage.
High Sealing Reaction Efficiency
Advanced gas recombination technology achieves a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99 percent. No acid mist is emitted during charging, making the battery safe and environmentally friendly, without polluting equipment room environments or corroding equipment.
Low Self-Discharge Rate
Using specialized high-purity lead alloy grids, the self-discharge rate is controlled within three percent per month at 20℃ ambient temperature. The battery remains usable after one year of storage at room temperature when fully charged.
Long Service Life
The battery features corrosion-resistant specialty lead-calcium alloy grids, combined with specialized separators that effectively retain electrolyte, and a strong tight assembly that compresses the positive plate active material to prevent shedding. The design float service life can reach 10 to 15 years.
Excellent High-Rate Discharge Performance
With extremely low internal resistance, the battery exhibits excellent high current discharge characteristics, meeting the demands of high current surge discharge applications.
Strong Deep Discharge Recovery Capability
The battery offers excellent deep discharge recovery capability. Even after prolonged deep discharge, as long as a full recharge is performed, there is essentially no capacity reduction, and the battery quickly returns to normal capacity levels.
Wide Temperature Operating Range
The battery operates normally across a wide temperature range, with a discharge temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃ and a charge temperature range of -10℃ to +40℃.
