1. Safety First (Warnings)
Before installation, please note the following critical safety rules:

• Hazardous Voltages: Internal components and batteries carry lethal voltages. Even when disconnected from mains, the UPS may still output power via batteries.

• Professional Installation: Only qualified electricians should perform installation. Ensure the input supply (Wiring) and protective earth are connected correctly.

• Environment: Do not operate in a dusty, flammable, or humid environment.

2. Understanding the Technology (VFI-SS-111)
BEINING UPS systems (especially the ENERTRONIC and ENERGY STORAGE lines) are classified as VFI-SS-111 (Voltage and Frequency Independent). This means:

• VFI: The output voltage and frequency are independent of the input. Even if the generator sputters, your load sees a perfect sine wave.

• SS-111: The UPS is capable of handling every type of mains failure.

3. The Control Panel & Modes
Depending on your model (e.g., T 2000 series or Modular series), the control panel allows you to monitor the following statuses:

• Normal Mode (Online): Mains power is active. The UPS is charging the battery and protecting the load.

• Battery Mode: Mains has failed. The load is powered by the battery. Action: Prepare to save data or start a generator.

• Bypass Mode: The UPS is transferring the load directly to raw mains power (either due to overload or maintenance).

• Maintenance Bypass: Used by technicians to completely isolate the UPS for service without turning off connected equipment.

• EPO (Emergency Power Off): If a fire or major electrical fault occurs, press the Emergency Power Off button (if equipped). This immediately disconnects the output and battery power.

• Overload: If the UPS screams (acoustic alarm) and shows "Overload," remove non-critical loads immediately to prevent the UPS from switching to Bypass or shutting down.
