BEINING LiFePO₄ batteries do not burn or explode even when internally or externally damaged, achieving industry-leading safety standards. Over-discharge to zero volts causes no damage, greatly enhancing operational safety.-9

Long Cycle Life

After 2000 deep cycles at 100% DOD, BEINING LiFePO₄ batteries retain over 90% of their capacity. For heavy-duty AGVs operating 24/7, the total cost of ownership is reduced by more than 40% compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.

High Efficiency Output

Standard discharge at 0.5-2C, continuous high-current discharge up to 2C, and instantaneous pulse discharge up to 10C (10 seconds), fully meeting the high power demands of AGV acceleration and climbing.

Excellent High-Temperature Performance

With an external temperature of 65℃, the internal temperature can reach 95℃, and at the end of discharge, the battery temperature can reach 160℃ while the structure remains safe and intact. This makes BEINING lithium batteries particularly suitable for harsh environments such as high-temperature workshops and ports.

BEINING lithium batteries feature separate charge and discharge ports (isolated). The discharge port includes voltage regulation—regardless of the charge voltage applied, the output is limited to a safe range, preventing damage to the load motor from excessive charging voltage.-5

Compact and Lightweight
