The BN series is built on a modular design concept. The rectifier modules employ high-frequency switching topology with DSP digital control technology, achieving high efficiency, high power density, and high reliability for DC power output. Rectifier Charging Module
High-frequency switching rectifier modules convert input AC power to stable DC power. Modules are configured with N+1 redundancy to ensure normal system operation even if a single module fails. Modules support hot-swappable replacement online without system power interruption, greatly improving system availability and maintainability.
Intelligent Monitoring Unit
Featuring a microprocessor core with LCD Chinese character menu display and operation buttons. It enables system parameter configuration, operation parameter display, fault indication, and system calibration, with comprehensive automatic battery management functions. It supports four-remote functions and can seamlessly integrate with power station automation systems.
Voltage Drop Silicon Chain Unit
Provides automatic voltage drop functionality, adjusting the closing bus voltage to the voltage required by the control bus, ensuring stable control bus voltage.
Battery Bank
As the energy storage unit, batteries can be configured as lead-crystal, AGM, or gel batteries according to requirements, with capacity covering a complete range from 7Ah to 3000Ah.
Feeder Unit
Includes output switches, fuses, and status indicators for closing and control circuits, distributing DC power to various electrical devices.

Core Functional Features
Intelligent Battery Management
The BN series features comprehensive automatic battery management. The system automatically completes the charging process based on battery status—automatically entering boost charge mode after undervoltage to quickly restore capacity, and automatically switching to float charge mode after reaching the set threshold to maintain full charge status. An optional battery temperature sensor automatically adjusts charging voltage based on ambient temperature—reducing voltage at high temperatures to prevent thermal runaway and increasing voltage at low temperatures to ensure adequate charging.
Modular N+1 Redundancy Design
Rectifier modules adopt N+1 hot standby configuration. When any module fails, the remaining modules automatically increase output current to compensate for total output, ensuring uninterrupted system power supply. Failed modules can be hot-swapped and replaced online without affecting system operation.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Communication
Equipped with a local monitoring unit, it displays real-time parameters such as system voltage, load current, and battery status. It supports MODBUS, IEC 60870-5-104, and other standard communication protocols via RS232/RS485 interfaces, enabling remote measurement, control, adjustment, status monitoring, and fault alarms, meeting the requirements of unattended substations.
High Reliability Design
Dual AC input automatic switching ensures uninterrupted power supply to the charger. Surge protection modules are configured on the system input side to effectively prevent damage from lightning overvoltage. Comprehensive electrical insulation protection ensures operator safety.
